designed in tune with the seasons and turns of the wheel, my workshops offer space for reflection, connection with nature and creativity, and an opportunity to learn something new. sessions include all materials and many of them include time outdoors.

I run my workshops individually and am also regularly commissioned by organisations to facilitate on their behalf. organisations I have worked with include eastleigh borough council, 'a space' arts, fareham gallery and southampton hospitals charity.
