post-human revelation installation for 'brief attempt' with zest collective

site-specific installation in the chimney using ruderal plant vines and a reclaimed mirror
being lucky enough to use the medieval monument of god's house tower as a foundation for my artwork, I chose to create a site-specific installation in one of the original chimneys using a plant vines I had collected. see my artist statement below for details.
"perhaps the most tangible marker of time is when human absence allows nature to creep and grow without boundary. toots and vines of ruderal species nestle their way through the tiniest crevices, disrupting structures until they crumble and transform to ruin.
utilising almost a decades’ worth of ruderal plant vines removed from inside the out-of-bounds garage my dad’s landlord left to rot, ‘post-human revelation’ visualises the uncanny yet beautiful possibility of a natural world beyond human domination, whilst marking the longest time I’ve spent with one postcode.
